Ealing Village Swimming Pool
Ealing Village swimming pool is an enjoyable facility for all residents to use. In the summer, it is a key part Village life. However, it can also be an unsafe place. For children and weak swimmers in particular, water presents a clear risk of drowning, and injuries can occur from hitting the hard surrounds, or from misuse of the equipment.
New rules have been drafted which all residents must comply with. Please make sure that you are familiar with these rules and follow them at all times. Failure to do so may result in your entry code and access to the pool, tennis court and clubhouse being revoked for up to 12 months
All users should also familiarise themselves with the new Ealing Village Swimming Pool Operating Policy which can be found here .
Access to the Pool
To improve poolside security and safety, a timed lock has been installed on the pool gate. It will restrict access to between the hours of 06:00 – 22:00.
The timed lock has a number pad feature combined with a proximity fob. Each resident will have its own unique 8 digit entry code made up of the flat number and a unique 4-digit PIN chosen by the residents. To gain entry to the pool area residents will need their proximity fob and an entry code.
The same 8 digit code operates the number pad lock for the clubhouse and the tennis court.
The application process for entry codes is as follows:
Flats Occupied by a Single-Family Unit – Should apply for a Single-Family Code which can be used by all adult family members resident in the flat.
Flat-Shares Occupied by Multiple Tenants – Must apply for an Individual Entry Code for each tenant of the flat.
To Obtain your New Entry Code:

2) A copy of the current year’s Swimming Pool Rules will be provided for you to read and take home.
3) A copy of the current year’s Swimming Pool Operating Policy will be provided for you to read.
4) Complete and sign the appropriate application form as provided by the Estate Manager.

and

Residents will not have access to the pool unless you have completed the Pool Access Form which confirms that they have read and accept the Ealing Village Swimming Pool Operating Policy.
Any resident allowing access to unaccompanied children, or persons who are not resident or a person that is not their guest, risks having their pool access revoked, due to insurance and safety grounds.
